Care On Salt Spring is proudly operated by the Lady Minto Hospital Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to enhancing health care services on the island. Recognizing the housing challenges faced by health care professionals, the foundation created this platform to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants, making it easier for medical staff to live and work in our community.
